Can you explain the feeder to me? please Keewee. Is the bird actually inside the feeder? Is this to protect it while feeding? Does it enter by a door somewhere? TY
edt, the birds of a certain size can get through the wire squares of the feeder, and some of the woodpecker family who are larger, can cling to the underside to eat the suet.This feeder does not allow the flocks of starlings and red winged blackbirds who are larger birds and cannot cling upside down to eat all the suet in a matter of hours. also the squirrels cannot get to the suet.
