Honey Mustard Chicken

6 med. Sweet potatoes, peeled and quartered
1 small onion, cut into thin wedges
2-2 1/2 lbs. skinless chicken thighs/and or drumsticks
¾ cup bottled honey mustard dressing
½ tsp. Dried rosemary, crushed.
1/4 tsp. salt, few shakes pepper

Place sweet potatoes and onion in slow cooker. Place chicken on the vegetables
You could also cook this in oven. I happen to like the, put in pot, and come back when it is done approach.

Mix dressing with rosemary salt & pepper and pour over top of chicken.

Cover and cook on low 7-9 hours

Using a slotted spoon, remove chicken and vegetables onto a serving dish.

Whisk cooking liquid until it is smooth, and pour over chicken.

Keewee, now I know why Mr. C is looking a bit plumper than a while ago. Somehow your dinner fare seems much better than what used to be his favorite... (5 McD burgers or whatever hadn't crusted over too badly in the refer)
