Mandarin Orange Cake

After you have enjoyed your B-B-Q this Memorial weekend leave room for a piece of this delicious cake.

It is a moist fruity cake and very quick and easy to make.

Cake:
1 box yellow cake mix
3/4 cup oil
3 eggs
1 (11oz) can mandarin oranges
(juice and all)

Frosting:
1 (20oz.) can crushed pineapple
1 (3.4oz.) pkg. vanilla instant pudding
1 (8oz) cool whip

Mix all ingredients for cake. Bake in 9x13 inch pan at 350F for 30-35 minutes.
Cool completely before frosting.
Mix pineapple and pudding well. Fold cool whip in.
Frost cooled cake, and refrigerate.
Serve chilled.

This one get's my highest rating. It's absolutely delicious!

(Somebody has to taste test this stuff for KeeWee, and it's either me or the cat.The cat doesn't eat cake.)
